These Terms govern use of Transaction Brain, a private real estate transaction-management application operated by Porter One Realty. By using Transaction Brain you agree to them.

1. Authorized use

Transaction Brain is for authorized users only. Keep your sign-in details secure, use the application only for legitimate real estate business, and upload only information you are permitted to handle.

2. Your responsibility for transaction information

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all transaction information, including dates, deadlines, parties, documents and tasks. Always verify important details against the signed contract documents.

3. AI-generated and extracted information

Some features use automated (AI) processing to read documents, suggest information or answer questions. This output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by a person before it is relied on.

4. No legal advice

Transaction Brain is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal, tax, financial or title advice. Consult appropriate professionals for those matters.

5. Third-party services

Transaction Brain relies on third-party services, including hosting providers and, if you choose to connect it, Google Calendar. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. Calendar events are a convenience; Transaction Brain remains the source of record for deadlines. See the Privacy Policy for how Google Calendar data is used.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Transaction Brain available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Transaction Brain is provided "as is" as a private productivity application. To the extent permitted by law, Porter One Realty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses resulting from missed deadlines or reliance on information that was not independently verified.
