This Privacy Policy explains how Transaction Brain ("Transaction Brain", "we", "us"), a private real estate transaction-management application operated by Porter One Realty, processes information. It applies to the application available at https://transactionbrain.porteronerealty.com.

1. Who can use Transaction Brain

Transaction Brain is a private application for authorized users only. It is not a public consumer service.

2. Information we process

Account information: your email address, name and sign-in details used to access the application.
Transaction data: information entered or uploaded by the authorized user, which may include property details, client and party names, contact information, documents, contract dates and deadlines, tasks, notes and workflow status.
Uploaded documents: files you upload, stored privately and available only to the signed-in account that owns the transaction.
Settings: preferences such as your time zone and branding details.

Some features use automated (AI) processing to read uploaded documents and suggest information such as dates or document types. That processing is used only to provide those features to you, and suggestions are reviewed by the user.

3. Google Calendar data

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you choose to connect it, you authorize Transaction Brain through Google's own sign-in screen. Google Calendar access is used only for the user-authorized calendar synchronization feature:

What we access: your primary Google Calendar, only to create, update and remove events for your transaction deadlines, and to read basic details of that calendar needed to confirm the connection.
How we use it: to place deadline events (with title, property address, deadline type, date and reminders) on your calendar and keep them matched to the deadlines in Transaction Brain. We do not read, analyze or use your other calendar events.
What we store: for each synced deadline, the Google Calendar event identifier and synchronization status (last sync time and any sync error), so the same event can be updated instead of duplicated. We also store the connection record for your account.
Authorization credentials: Google authorization tokens are handled through the application's authorized integration (connector) infrastructure. Transaction Brain stores only a connection reference for your account, kept encrypted.
Sharing: Google user data is not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to run this feature (the integration infrastructure and Google itself).

Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising. Access is limited to providing the calendar feature you requested. Transaction Brain's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Disconnecting Google Calendar

You can disconnect at any time in Transaction Brain under Settings → Google Calendar → Disconnect. This removes the stored connection for your account and stops future synchronization. Events already on your calendar are left in place and can be deleted by you in Google Calendar. You can also revoke access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by the service providers that host and operate the application (such as hosting, database, file storage, AI document processing and the calendar integration) only to provide Transaction Brain's features, or where required by law.

6. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data, including transaction data, uploaded documents and any stored Google Calendar connection and event identifiers, by contacting Porter One Realty as described below.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
